At Saddle Up Silver, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by me, one at a time. Because of the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or offer refunds.

That said, your happiness truly matters to me. If your piece arrives damaged or there is an issue that occurred during the shipping process, please reach out to me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. I am more than happy to work with you to find a fair solution, whether that be a repair when possible.

Once a package has been delivered safely and is in the customer’s possession, Saddle Up Silver is not responsible for damage, wear, loss, or issues that occur after delivery. This includes normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations and natural characteristics are part of what makes your jewelry unique and are not considered defects.
